Dynamics 365 CRM Technical and Functional Consultant

You will be involved in implementation projects with a small to medium sized company.

As a Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Technical Consultant you will be responsible for:

• Set up and customize the application to meet the specification documents
• Develop in C# or Javascript in the Dynamics CRM Framework
• Create interfaces between the CRM application and other applications in SSIS
• Transfer the skills needed to use the solution.
• Train users in the use and administration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM (functional and technical training).
• Provide technical support to CRM customers.
• Analyze customer needs.
• Implement and deploy Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online with Microsoft platform solutions (SharePoint, OneNote, Microsoft 365, Sales Navigator, Azure)
• Perform gap analysis between customer requirements and functionality in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Write technical and user documentation and guidelines.
• You have a good level of technical English
• You master the Microsoft ecosystem applications (Power Platform & M365)
• You provide technical support to customers

• Fixed salary (according to experience and profile) + bonuses
